RECALIBRATE: IDENTITY & CAPACITY

FOR EXPANSION PRIVATE 1:1 MENTORSHIP


Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and in their entirety before purchasing and participating in RECALIBRATE: Identity & Capacity for Expansion Private 1:1 Mentorship (hereinafter referred to as the “Mentorship”). This Mentorship and its content are owned by Skye Edmonds and Work of Heart Photography.


1. DEFINITIONS

“Company”, “Coach”, “We”, “Our”, or “Us” means Skye Edmonds and Work of Heart Photography.

“Client”, “You”, or “Your” means the purchaser and participant in the Mentorship.

“Mentorship” means the private 1:1 coaching container, including all sessions, communication, and materials provided.


2. CONSENT

By purchasing and participating in the Mentorship, You voluntarily agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

 

3. SERVICES PROVIDED

Client will receive:

  • Six (6) private coaching sessions over a three (3) month period
  • Ongoing voice message support between sessions via WhatsApp or Telegram
  • Personalized coaching related to identity, capacity, decision-making, and business leadership

All services are delivered at the sole discretion of the Coach.

This Mentorship is a high-touch, proximity-based coaching experience, not a self-paced course or passive program.


4. TERM

This Agreement shall remain in effect for a period of three (3) months from the start date of the Mentorship.

All sessions must be scheduled and completed within this timeframe unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused sessions will be forfeited.


5. COMMUNICATION POLICY

Client understands and agrees:

  • Between-session support is limited to reasonable communication
  • Support is provided via voice message only
  • Coach will respond within a reasonable timeframe during normal business hours
  • This Mentorship does not include unlimited or on-demand access
  • This Mentorship is not intended for emotional crisis support or therapeutic care


6. INVESTMENT AND PAYMENT TERMS

The total investment for the Mentorship is $2,400 USD.

If a payment plan is selected:

  • Client agrees to complete all payments in full
  • Failure to complete payments does not release Client from financial obligation

If payment is not successfully processed, Client will have a three (3) day grace period to resolve the issue. Failure to do so may result in suspension of access, while the full balance remains due.


7. NO REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of coaching services and immediate access to time, support, and intellectual property, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to attend sessions
  • Failure to utilize the Mentorship
  • Change of mind
  • Personal or financial circumstances



8. RESCHEDULING POLICY

Client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.

Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited at the sole discretion of the Coach.


10. NO GUARANTEES

Client acknowledges that:

  • Results are not guaranteed
  • Outcomes vary based on individual effort, decisions, and circumstances

We make no representations or guarantees regarding income, revenue, business success, or results of any kind.


11. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Client agrees:

  • To take full responsibility for their decisions, actions, and results
  • To participate fully in the Mentorship
  • That this Mentorship is intended for individuals capable of personal responsibility and emotional regulation

Coach is not responsible for Client’s business outcomes, financial results, or personal circumstances.


12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, and communication within the Mentorship are the intellectual property of Skye Edmonds and Work of Heart Photography.

Client may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without written permission.

Violation of this provision may result in legal action.


13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skye Edmonds and Work of Heart Photography shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the Mentorship.

The Mentorship is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.


14. INDEMNIFICATION

Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Skye Edmonds and Work of Heart Photography from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the Mentorship or violation of these Terms.


15. TERMINATION

Coach reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time if:

  • Client violates communication boundaries
  • Client engages in inappropriate or disrespectful conduct
  • Coach determines Client is not a suitable fit for the Mentorship

No refunds will be issued in the event of termination.


16. ARBITRATION

Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.

If resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its rules.

Arbitration shall take place in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Client waives the right to a jury trial.



17. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.


By purchasing and/or participating in the Program you implicitly signify your agreement to all of the terms in these Terms of Use.
