THE SIX-FIGURE STANDARD CONFERENCE

San Antonio, Texas

September 23 - 24, 2026

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket to The Six-Figure Standard Conference (the “Conference”). The Conference and its content are owned and operated by Skye Edmonds and Work of Heart Photography (the “Company”).

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Conference, you agree to the following:

Refund Policy

All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Due to contractual commitments, venue obligations, and fixed costs associated with producing this Conference, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee up to seven (7) days prior to the Conference. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to info@lenstolaunch.com and must include the full name and email address of the new attendee.

The original purchaser is solely responsible for securing a replacement attendee. Upon transfer, the original ticket holder forfeits all rights to attend the Conference and forfeits access to any included bonuses, digital materials, or related benefits.

If a waitlist exists, the Company may, at its sole discretion, assist in facilitating a ticket reassignment, especially for VIP tickets. The Company is not obligated to manage or guarantee resale of any ticket.

Travel & Lodging

Attendees are responsible for their own travel, lodging, meals (unless otherwise specified), and related expenses. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Conference Schedule & Speaker Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify the Conference schedule, format, speakers, or content at any time without notice. Speaker substitutions may occur. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refund.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or modification of the Conference due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather, fire, flood, war, terrorism, civil unrest, epidemic, pandemic, governmental orders, or other unforeseen events.

In such cases, the Company may reschedule the Conference. Tickets will transfer to the rescheduled date. Refunds will not be issued.

Conduct Policy

The Conference is a professional business event. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times.

The Company reserves the right to remove any attendee without refund if behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or in violation of these Terms.

Recording Policy

Audio recording, video recording, live streaming, screen recording, or photography of Conference presentations, speakers, materials, or content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Company. Unauthorized recording or distribution of Conference content may result in removal from the Conference without refund and may subject the attendee to further legal action.

Media Release

By attending the Conference, you acknowledge that photography and video recording may occur. You grant the Company permission to use your image, likeness, and voice in future promotional or marketing materials without compensation.

Limitation of Liability

The Company is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, or expense incurred by attendees in connection with participation in the Conference. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Conference, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
